EYELASH LIFTING BEFORE & AFTERCARE

If you use an eyelash growth serum please discontinue use at least 2 days before for lift. You can use an eyelash growth serum with your eyelash lift, but keep in mind your lash lift may not last as long.

A lash lift takes around 48 hours to set, therefore you must not wet your eyelashes, wear makeup, use makeup removers, rub your eyes, sleep on your face or participate in activities such as sport, saunas or spas.
Do not use an eyelash curler.
No oil based products to be used on your lashes for the first 48 hours, excluding Elleeplex. Elleeplex is great for using on your eyelashes at home, it's great for adding extra nourishment and prevents them from getting dry.
A lift and tint is recommended every 8+ weeks. Never before 4 weeks.

EYELASH EXTENSIONS BEFORE & AFTERCARE

Please come to your appointment with no eye makeup, this will mean we will spend more time lashing rather than trying to get mascara off.

For the first 24hours don't wear makeup, rub your eyes or participate in activities such as sport, hot showers, sauna or spas.
Eyelash extensions do require daily cleaning with professional products. We recommend Elleebana Makeup Remover which we use and sell. Oil based products shouldn't be used.
Medication, eye makeup removers, stress, mascara eyelash growth cycles and skin care products can influence the longevity and retention with your eyelash extensions.

You will need refills every 2-3 weeks.
Looking after your eyelashes is important! Incorrect brushing or washing can cause damage. With that being said, never attempt to remove your eyelash extensions, always get a professional to do it.
Not all hair is at the same stage of growth, therefore we are always growing new hair and the old is shedding. On average you may lose 1 - 5 extensions every day.
