CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life gets busy and things pop up but we would appreciate that you give us 12 hours notice when cancelling, rescheduling or changing your appointment.
Giving us plenty of notice can mean that we can get someone else in that has been wanting an appointment.
If 12 hours notice isn't given, then you will need to pay for your next appointment in full.
This next appointment that is paid for is non-refundable, so if you miss this appointment or don't give us enough notice it won't be refunded or credited to another service, and you will then need to pay for your next appointment before you book it.
Now that the formal stuff has been said, we really hope that you value our time so we can value yours.
